Afiti Bongô means hope for children. That is precisely our heartbeat and our mission.

What began in 2013 with the initiative of four Swiss women is today a vibrant place of security and hope. Since 2017, orphaned children in Cameroon's capital, Yaoundé, have found not only a roof over their heads in our own home, but also protection, warmth, and new perspectives for their lives.

But our hope extends further: In various local projects, we are committed to ensuring that other disadvantaged children in Cameroon also have access to education, care and a better future.

We firmly believe that every child deserves a chance – for love, for trust, for a life full of possibilities. Together with the people who accompany and support us, we give hope where it is most urgently needed.
